(a) To facilitate and educate the community in developmental programs such as starting up a business, small scale empowerment programs etc.
(b) Create diversified communal goals for development.
(c) To charter communal sustainability and communal functionality through diverse communal engagements.

(a) This program shall uphold distribution of Christian materials e.g. bibles, books, clothing and any helpful communal distributions.
(b) Charter and construct recreational facilities, medical facilities, educational facilities and any other communal developmental projects.
(c) Foster communal unionization and project focus for community development.
(d) Supporting or funding of micro businesses, skillful developmental initiatives and any relevant communal empowering programs.
(e) Minimally we shall advocate for communal health, sensitization on relevant and helpful humanitarian issues.

(a) Establishing partnership with churches to locate challenges in an area for help building.
(b) Church representatives shall uphold leadership for communal groups.
(c) Headmen & women shall also be a part of the communal groups, in helping mobilizing the people of the community.
(d) These shall be directed and monitored by the Community Touch Committees under the Community touch program thereby fostering development.

(a) Proper geographical studies will be considered and executed.
(b) Feasibility studies with adequate reports of the community.
(c) Communal Vulnerability assessments.
(d) Review & Evaluating of Communal Challenges.
(e) Create methodologies and functional strategies for challenge alleviation.
(f) Adequate Research.

(h) Hindrances to help in the designated area.
(i) Resource requirement and allocation.
(j) Financial Budgeting & Risk Management
