(a) This program shall uphold evangelical approaches of communal charity that is, preaching, teaching and holding meetings on the Gospel & any other relevant communal training.
(b) Teaching, discipling, evangelizing and distributing support of gifts and other helpful things to the community in the Name of Our Jesus Christ.
(c) This program shall charter communal spiritualization and help harness a biblical lifestyle in all its beneficiaries.
(d) This program shall fall under the Covenant Heart Faith Department.

(a) Preach and teach the gospel of salvation which is the rescue tool of men from the coming wrath, through Our Savior Jesus Christ.
(b) This program shall uphold distribution of Christian materials e.g. bibles, books, clothing and any helpful communal distributions.
(c) Charter and construct communal Covenant Heart Chapels and any other spiritual projects.
(d) Foster spiritual communal unionization and project focus for community development.
(e) Shall uphold any spiritual endeavor that can/ shall rescue men from global challenges through Christian Charity.

(a) Establishing partnership with churches to locate challenges in an area for help building.
(b) Church representatives shall uphold leadership for communal groups.
(c) Headmen & women shall also be a part of the communal groups, in helping mobilizing the people of the community.
(d) These shall be directed and monitored by the Faith Touch Committees under the Faith touch program thereby fostering development.

In order to have the ministerial goals achieved CHIM shall create a committee (s) at the church level through the Pastor, who shall serve as the senior authority of the council (committee), chairpersonship position shall be allocated to the Pastor unless otherwise He/she deems to appoint another person to preside on his/her behalf.

(a) Council shall comprise of 3-5 Members;
i. Chairperson
ii. Vice Chairperson
iii. Secretary
iv. Two trustees

(b) Individual Roles in FTCC
- Chairperson shall oversee the Father’s Touch Church Council (FTCC)
- Vice Chairperson shall assist the chairperson were deemed so.
- Secretary shall be responsible for writing reports of meeting (s), project (s) and any related item for use to the ministry of CHIM.
- Registration of those people in need in the FTCC Journal.
- Two trustees shall be responsible for any deemed so responsibilities.
- Locating and data collection of those people in need.
- Shall ensure assessment.
- Any other relevant responsibility deemed by the ministry of CHIM.

(c) Responsibilities of FTCC
- Shall oversee all relevant projects with CHIM.
- Shall be liable for upholding the vision, mission, values and beliefs of the ministry of CHIM.
- Shall be liable for registration of individuals in need.
- Shall ensure accountability, productivity and transparency in all operations.
- Shall ensure proper communication with both the ministry and beneficiaries.
- Shall ensure to facilitate group or church meetings with the beneficiaries of the program.
- Shall ensure to examine the needs of the people to be helped by the ministry.
- Shall records of any such documents or manuals. (FT Distribution list or FT help log list)
- Pastor and the officials of CHIM shall be liable for signing any relevant documents that can be an MOU between the Church and the ministry of CHIM in agreement of all terms & conditions (policies & procedures).
- And any other responsibilities deemed so by the ministry of CHIM.

(d) Eligibility of Council Personals;
- Shall be reputable in all works of the Ministry.
- Shall be at least committed to that church for at least 2-3 years consistently.
- Shall be serving in the unit of service in church.
- Shall or must have a sure heart for the ministry of helps.
- Shall or must be willing to do voluntary work with the ministry of CHIM.
- Shall or must be versatile in writing and speaking English, plus any other language used by the community being helped.
- Shall or must at least hold any relevant Christian leadership training certificate or any academic credential of a minimum Grade 12 certificate.
- Shall or must be agile, team worker, diligent, committed, empathic and spirit driven.
- Shall or must have ministerial in built capacities.
- Shall or must be baptized in the Holy Spirit.
- Shall or must have a proper records that is NRC, affidavit, Birth records, Physical address etc.
- Must be 18 years of age and above.
- Any other relevant eligibility shall be deemed by the ministry of CHIM.
- Note; help to the ministry that shall be incorporated shall be deemed from time to time by the ministry of CHIM, according to the donations or contributions being considered. In addition, the feeding program shall be deemed under this Program of Faith Touch of which shall see various feeding stuff being given to the people in need which may include bags of mealie-meal, bags of rice etc. all this shall be to help humanity.
